We follow through on this with detailed preventative measures going into projects that include data integrity checks of master copies before manufacturing, as well as additional data integrity checks of our glass masters before proceeding into replication or duplication. This is how we ensure that every piece is playable, and that our customers are satisfied. Every aspect of production follows through as well. Proofing your art or disc face before production is standard, whether we design it, or whether you submit the files yourself.
