In most cases we require 100% payment prior to delivery of final product. For resellers, service contract clients and/or frequent customers, credit terms may be established. In all cases, Visa, MasterCard, Interac, and certified cheques are accepted.

We will do everything we can to meet your expected delivery date. We will keep you up-to-date of the status of your project. If any issues or concerns arise, you will be notified. All projects requiring graphic design and/or development usually require a signed approval from the client before production can proceed. Avoid delays, and submit your approval wherever required, as quickly as possible. Submitting artwork for projects requiring artwork manipulation and/or processing, prior to sending a data master can help fast-track your project.
